- All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges unless a mistake has been made on our end. If so, email info@solitaireworldwide.com to fix any issues.
- Please allow 3-7 business days to process order.
- All items are shipped 3-10 business days after order has been processed unless stated otherwise.
- Buyer is responsible for all international customs and duties.
- Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of orders, as it is now in the responsibility of the selected postal service.
- Buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address when purchasing an item from our website. Once the shipping label is purchased and the order has been shipped, the package is no longer in our control.
- In the case that an insufficient delivery address is used, it is the buyer's responsibility to either contact USPS to attempt to correct this issue, or purchase a new shipping label with the correct shipping information in order for the package to be resent.
